Delivery Times

  • Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and any unforeseen delays caused by external factors (for example, customs clearance or carrier-related issues).


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You will be able to use this number to track your package and view the estimated delivery status.


Customs and Import Duties

For international deliveries, customs or import fees may apply once the package arrives in the destination country. These fees are the customer's responsibility. Joliesmile is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs clearance.


Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately at contact@joliesmile.com with your order number.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or refund.
